ADHESIVES The serviceability of any lining system depends largely on its adhesion to the base metal. Our adhesives have good affinity for rubber along with excellent ability to adhere firmly to steel. These adhesives are used for both natural and synthetic linings in the high temperature range. Depending on the type of cure, the rubber lining itself, rather than the bond becomes the limiting factor from a temperature standpoint. [back to protective linings]
