RUBBER MILL DISCHARGE GRATES AND PULP LIFTERS

Polycorp designs and manufactures Rubber Grates, Pulp Lifters and Center Cones for various SAG and Ball Mill applications.

Polycorp regularly supplies Rubber Grates for SAG Mills of various diameters and
slot sizes.

Polycorp Discharge Rubber Grates are designed specifically to mill requirements. These are custom made and manufactured by molding steel frames with cord reinforcements into the rubber. Grate structure is strong enough to hold
mechanical load while the flexibility provided by the cord greatly reduces blinding of the Grates.

Polycorp also designs and manufactures our Pulp Lifters to maximize the
discharge of slurry from the mill. We regularly supply pulp lifters for SAG Mills up
to 30 ft. in diameter.

Rubber lined pulp lifters are very efficient and greatly reduce corrosion and wear.
Protective rubber is vulcanized to the steel skeleton in high wear areas.
The thickness of rubber will vary with application requirement.

Polycorp also manufactures rubber lined center cones as per mill requirements.
